The ECON and PPEC-Economics specialization plans all require the completion of first year calculus: MATH 121 or MATH 127 and 128.
Dual degree students should contact the Undergraduate Studies office to be entered in courses with calculus as a prerequisite.
All ECON and APEC plans require the completion of STAT 161 (or STAT 263). Students in a dual degree, second modular Major, or minor who have taken COMM 162, PSYC 202, SOCY 211, STAT 267, or STAT 367 should contact the Undergraduate Studies office about this degree plan requirement. Except under exceptional circumstances, other introduction to statistics courses will not be considered as a possible substitute for STAT 161.
