Application Frequently Asked Questions
1. When is the application deadline?
The deadline to apply to either our MA or PhD program is January 15th, 2015. Note: This deadline applies to the online application only. Your transcripts and letters of reference may arrive shortly thereafter (by March 1st, 2015 at the latest).
2. What supplemental documentation is required as part of my application?
To apply, you will need to submit two letters of reference but you may submit up to four. You will also need to send two official copies of each of your post-secondary transcripts to the Queen's School of Graduate Studies. Please arrange to have transcripts sent directly from the issuing university as unsealed transcripts will not be accepted.
3. Where do I send my transcripts?

4. How are Letters of Reference submitted?
Once your online application is submitted, the Referees you have included will be emailed a secure link, where they will be asked to submit your letter of reference on the official form. If your reference did not receive the link, please let us know and we will make arrangements to have it re-sent.
