Abstract:  The seminar presents an exploratory discussion on stochastic dominance (SD), focusing on preliminary considerations in three potential research directions: the role of distributionally robust optimization in refining SD-based inference, the use of category-theoretic approaches to address ambiguity in preferences, and the integration of multi-objective optimization techniques, including Nash Bargaining Solution-type estimators, for model averaging."
