Amy Hongfei Sun is a Professor and RBC Fellow at Queen’s University Department of Economics. Her field of research focuses on Macroeconomics, monetary and financial economics, and economic growth, with her recent work examining banking, corporate and household finance, and monetary policy; innovation, technological change, and growth; and housing and mortgages. Professor Sun was awarded the Bank of Canada Governor’s Award from 2014-2016. She received her PhD from the University of Toronto before joining QED in 2007.
